To culminate the Merriweather District Artist in Residency program, WDI curated an exhibition featuring the work of the participating artists, as well as a pop-up OPUS retrospective and an exhibition of Matthew Schreiber’s work.
The show transformed a 20,000 foot raw space with site specific installations by MD AIR participants Ram Devineni, Sarah Stefana Smith and Katherine Tzu-Lan Mann. Matthew Schreiber’s exhibition featured drawings, holograms, and a site-specific laser work entitled Skinny. The OPUS retrospective presented a series of photo banners, video works and an immersive kaleidoscope installation.
